Spearmint Tea:
A blend of select spearmint from The Himachals. Mint in general has been a symbol of hospitality for centuries in the Middle East.
It is also a staple of Mediterranean, Indian and Asian cuisine. Spearmint has a very unique refreshing, pungent flavour and scent.
Mint leaves vary in size, shape and texture depending on the type.

For a superb cup of tea, heat fresh water. Pre-warm the cup with hot water. Put one teaspoon (approx. 1gm) of tea leaves in the pot. Pour the hot water into the pot & cover lid. Allow the tea to steep for 5~7 min.
