Contains premium dark chocolate, added sugar and INS 322 as an emulsifier. Emulsifier (322), is extracted from soybean either through mechanical or chemical methods.
Its basically a byproduct of soybean oil production. It is commonly found in foods as an additive used to smooth out the texture of products (emulsifier). Its also used as a lubricant when added to food, as an antioxidant and flavour protector.

Also contains Vanillin – a primary component of the extract of the vanilla bean. Vanillin extract, is used as a flavouring agent in foods and beverages.
